If you're looking for an app that helps you cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress, Insight Timer is my go-to. I use it for both morning and evening meditations as well as for relaxing music throughout the day. What I love most about Insight Timer is that it isn't connected to social media, so I don’t have to worry about distractions when I’m trying to focus on my practice.

It has a vast library of guided meditations, relaxing music, and sleep stories, allowing you to tailor your experience to whatever you need—whether it’s centering your mind for the day or unwinding before bed.
